Franciszek “Frank” Strauss was born on December 1, 1894 to parents Michael and Johanna Strauss. He died on July 27, 1915. Although family lore suggests that he died after being kicked by a horse, his death certificate says he died from chronic endocarditis.

In the above photo, that's Frank second from the left. The photo was take in 1912, three years before his death.
